Processing Times

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Processing times vary depending on the type of product ordered.

  • Apparel and merchandise are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.
  • Performance parts, open-box parts, and pre-owned parts may ship within 1–5 business days depending on inventory availability and supplier processing times.
  • Special-order or vendor drop-ship items may require additional processing time.

Customers will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped.

  • Most U.S. apparel and merchandise orders arrive within 5–10 business days after production.
  • Performance parts and shop-shipped items typically arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment.
  • Special-order and vendor drop-ship items may require additional transit time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Some performance parts include shipping within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Any free-shipping offer applies only to qualifying products and destinations.

Additional shipping charges may apply for:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • International destinations
  • Oversized or freight shipments

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first contact the shipping carrier and check with household members or neighbors.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged package and contents.
